The Lambton Presbytery Executive held a Conference Call meeting on July 15, 2014. The meeting was constituted at 11 a.m. with a quorum. Chair Adam Kilner opened the meeting and declared, “In the name of Jesus Christ, the one true Head of the Church, and by the authority vested in me as Lambton Presbytery Chair, I now declare the meeting constituted for the transaction of such business as may properly come before it.”
Nick Monsour, Jim Louks, Ann Carr, Connie Ellis, Adam Kilner, Susan Woodhouse, Pete Brennan, Nancy Andrews.
Regrets: Pat Whitton, Sandra Fogarty, Carolyn Wilson Wynne.
Absent: John Yates due to conflict of interest.
The conference call meeting was called to deal with two items related to Blackwell United Church. Jim Louks said that he received a motion from the trustees of Blackwell United Church, asking for permission from Lambton Presbytery to list its two properties on Blackwell Road. One of properties is a vacant lot next to the church at 1833 Blackwell Road. The other property includes the church building at 1825 Blackwell Road.
Moved by Jim Louks, seconded by Nick Monsour and carried that Lambton Presbytery give permission to the trustees of Blackwell United Church to list with an agent the sale of property at 1833 Blackwell Road with the final sale price to be approved by the Presbytery.

Chair Adam Kilner thanked the Executive for their participation in the meeting and declared the meeting closed at 11:14 a.m.
